Event is held at Recreation Park on Sat. July 20th at 7:00 am. This event is designed with the beginning duathlete/triahtlete in mind.. Swim takes place in outdoor pool with bike and run courses on fairly flat roads/streets with a few, gently rolling hills.
Triathlon: 200 meter swim/8 mile bike/2.1 mile run.
Duathlon: 1 mile run/8 mile bike/2.1 mile run.
